The Six Pillars of Privacy at 1pra

How we protect your information — a quick overview before the full details.

End-to-end encryption

All data transmitted between your phone or computer and 1pra's servers is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Card details, CPF, betting history, and account information are never transmitted in plain text.

Full LGPD compliance

1pra applies all the principles of the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018): purpose, adequacy, necessity, transparency, and security. You have rights guaranteed by law — and 1pra respects them.

Your data is never sold

1pra does not sell, rent, or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Any sharing necessary for service operations is carried out with contractual partners bound by the same confidentiality obligations.

Control in your hands

You can access, correct, port, or request deletion of your data directly through the account dashboard or by emailing the DPO. Requests are processed within 15 business days in accordance with the LGPD.

Minimum required retention

We retain your data only for as long as required by law or necessary to provide the service. Upon account closure, data is anonymized or deleted in accordance with applicable legal retention periods in Brazil.

Incident notification

In the event of any security incident that may affect your data, 1pra will notify you and the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) within the timeframe required by the LGPD — with clear information about what happened and what was done.

What kind of data does 1pra collect?

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and improve the platform experience.

You may request access, correction, portability, or deletion of your data at any time. If you have any questions, contact our DPO at contato@1pra.net.

1 Who we are and how this Policy applies

1pra is the controller of personal data belonging to users who access and use the platform available at https://1pra.net. This Privacy Policy applies to everyone who registers, browses, or interacts in any way with 1pra's services — including Sports Betting, online casino, promotions, and customer support.

By creating an account with 1pra or continuing to use the platform after an updated version of this Policy is published, you confirm that you have read and understood the practices described here. If you disagree with any part of it, we recommend discontinuing use of our services or contacting the DPO for clarification before making any decision.

This Policy was drafted in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018 — LGPD) and the regulatory rules applicable to the fixed-odds betting sector in Brazil under Law No. 14.790/2023.

2 Data we collect and how it is obtained

2.1 Data provided directly by you

During registration and while using the platform, you actively provide the following information:

  • Full name as it appears on an official document.
  • CPF — tax identification number issued by the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service.
  • Date of birth.
  • Email address and mobile phone number.
  • Full residential address (ZIP code, street, number, neighborhood, city, state).
  • Identity document details (RG, CNH, or passport) submitted during the KYC process.
  • Payment method details: Pix key, bank details for TED, last four digits of credit or debit card.

2.2 Data generated through platform use

When you use 1pra, some data is generated automatically by the system:

  • Complete betting history — events wagered on, markets, amounts, odds, outcomes, and dates.
  • Record of deposits and withdrawals — method, amount, date, time, and status of each transaction.
  • Session data — login and logout times, session duration, features accessed.
  • Device technical data — IP address, device type, operating system, browser version, and configured language.
  • Support interactions — conversation history via chat, WhatsApp, or email.

2.3 Data collected via cookies and similar technologies

1pra uses cookies and tracking technologies for the platform's technical operation, usage analytics, and experience personalization. Full details are described in Section 9 of this Policy.

3 How We Use Your Data

1pra uses collected data solely for the purposes described below. No data is used for purposes incompatible with the original ones without prior notice and, where required, fresh consent.

  • Service delivery: account creation and management, bet processing, winnings calculation, and handling of deposits and withdrawals via Pix, boleto, card, and TED.
  • Identity verification (KYC): confirming that the user is over 18 years old, resides in Brazil, and is who they claim to be — a regulatory requirement under Law No. 14.790/2023.
  • Fraud and money laundering prevention: transaction monitoring and usage behavior analysis to detect and prevent fraudulent activity, in compliance with Law No. 9.613/1998 (Anti-Money Laundering Law).
  • Responsible gambling: monitoring of usage patterns to identify at-risk behavior and trigger available protection tools — deposit limits, breaks, and self-exclusion.
  • Account communications: sending deposit confirmations, bet notifications, security alerts, and communications about platform updates.
  • Marketing and promotions: sending offers and updates to users who have opted in to receive marketing communications. You can unsubscribe at any time through your account settings.
  • Product improvement: aggregated and anonymized usage analysis to identify issues, improve features, and enhance the overall experience on the platform.
  • Legal obligation compliance: disclosure of information to tax, regulatory, and law enforcement authorities when required by law or court order.

4 Legal Basis for Data Processing

Every data processing activity at 1pra has a specific legal basis under the LGPD. The legal bases we rely on are:

  • Performance of a contract (art. 7, V): processing necessary to fulfill the service agreement entered into with the user at registration — including bet processing, payments, and account management.
  • Compliance with a legal obligation (art. 7, II): processing required by betting regulations (Law No. 14.790/2023), anti-money laundering legislation (Law No. 9.613/1998), Brazilian Federal Revenue rules, and Central Bank of Brazil requirements.
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 7, IX): fraud prevention, platform security, usage analysis for service improvement, and account-related communications — always balancing the user's best interests.
  • Consent (Art. 7, I): sending marketing communications and use of non-essential cookies. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting access to any other services.

5 Data Sharing with Third Parties

1pra does not sell, rent, or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data sharing occurs only in the following situations:

5.1 Operational partners

Service providers acting on behalf of 1pra that require data access to perform their functions — such as payment processors (Pix, card, TED), KYC and identity verification providers, casino game providers, and cloud infrastructure providers. All partners are contractually required to maintain confidentiality and apply security measures equivalent to those of 1pra.

5.2 Regulatory and tax authorities

When required by law, regulation, court order, or request from a competent authority — including the Receita Federal, Ministry of Finance, Central Bank, COAF (Financial Activities Control Council), and law enforcement — 1pra provides the requested information within the legally permitted limits.

5.3 Protection of Rights

In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or violation of the Terms and Conditions, data may be shared with security service providers, legal counsel, and competent authorities to protect the rights of 1pra and its users.

1pra will never ask for your password or full card details via email, chat, or WhatsApp. If you receive a message requesting this information on behalf of 1pra, do not respond — contact official support immediately.

6 International data transfers

In some cases, data may be processed outside Brazil — for example, by cloud infrastructure providers or casino game suppliers with servers abroad. When this occurs, 1pra ensures that transfers are carried out with appropriate safeguards, in accordance with art. 33 of the LGPD, including:

  • Transfers to countries recognized by the ANPD as providing an adequate level of data protection.
  • Use of standard contractual clauses that impose data protection obligations equivalent to those of the LGPD on the foreign recipient.
  • Adoption of technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of protection consistent with what is required in Brazil.

Most data belonging to Brazilian users is stored on servers located in Brazil or in countries recognized by the ANPD as providing an adequate level of protection.

7 How Long We Retain Your Data

Data retention periods vary by category and purpose of processing:

  • Account and identification data: retained for the duration of the account and for at least 5 years after closure, as required by betting and anti-money laundering regulations.
  • Betting history and financial transactions: retained for a minimum of 5 years from the transaction date, in accordance with Brazilian tax and regulatory obligations.
  • KYC data (identity documents): retained for the same period as account data, as required by regulatory rules.
  • Access logs and security records: retained for up to 6 months in operational form, and for longer periods when an investigation is ongoing.
  • Cookie and browsing data: as configured for each cookie type — session cookies (expire when the browser is closed) or persistent cookies (up to 13 months).
  • Support interactions: retained for up to 2 years for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes.

Once legal retention periods have expired, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymized so that it can no longer be linked to any identifiable individual.

8 Data security

1pra employs technical and organizational measures to protect users' personal data against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, or improper disclosure. Key measures include:

  • 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption across all data transmissions between the user and 1pra's servers.
  • Encrypted storage of passwords using salted hashing algorithms — no 1pra employee has access to your password in plain text.
  • Least-privilege access control — staff members only have access to the data needed for their specific roles.
  • Two-factor authentication (2FA) available for all user accounts and mandatory for internal systems.
  • Continuous security monitoring with intrusion detection systems and automatic alerts for anomalous behavior.
  • Periodic Security Audits conducted by independent third parties to identify and remediate vulnerabilities.
  • Incident response plan documented and regularly tested, with clear procedures for notifying the ANPD and affected users.
Your role in keeping your account secure: Use a strong, unique password for 1pra. Enable 2FA in your account panel. Never share your credentials. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact support immediately — available 24/7 via chat and WhatsApp in Portuguese.

9 Cookies and tracking technologies

9.1 What are cookies

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser or device when you access 1pra. They allow the platform to recognize your device on subsequent visits, preserving your preference settings and keeping your session active.

9.2 Types of cookies we use

  • Essential cookies: required for basic platform functionality — session authentication, bet slip, and language preferences. These cannot be disabled without affecting your use of the service.
  • Analytical cookies: collect aggregated and anonymized data on how users navigate the platform — which sections are most visited, average session duration, and traffic sources. Used to improve the product.
  • Functionality cookies: store optional user preferences — such as a favorite sport on the home screen and interface settings. They improve personalization without involving sensitive data.

9.3 Managing cookies

You can manage your cookie preferences through the 1pra settings panel or your browser settings. Disabling non-essential cookies may reduce personalization, but it will not prevent access to the platform's core features.

10 Your Rights as a Data Subject

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may also file a complaint directly with the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) through the gov.br portal.

11 Minors

1pra does not intentionally collect data from users under 18. The platform's services are restricted to adults, and registration requires CPF verification and a date of birth confirming legal age.

If there is any indication that a minor has created an account on 1pra, the account will be immediately suspended, the data reviewed, and — if underage use is confirmed — the account will be closed and the data deleted or reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. If you are the guardian of a minor who may have accessed the platform without authorization, please contact 1pra support immediately via live chat or at contato@1pra.net.

12 Automated decisions and profiling

1pra uses automated systems for certain operational activities — such as fraud detection, money laundering monitoring, and identification of problematic gambling patterns. These decisions are based on behavioral data from the platform and may result in alerts, temporary restrictions, or a request for manual review by a human analyst.

When an automated decision produces a significant effect on you — such as an account suspension or withdrawal block — you have the right to request a human review of that decision. To do so, contact support and explain the situation. Every review is conducted by a qualified team member with full access to the context of your case.

1pra does not use personal data to build profiles for third-party targeted advertising. Any profiling carried out serves exclusively to personalize the experience within the platform itself and for security and responsible gambling purposes.

13 Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect regulatory changes, platform improvements, or updates to data processing practices. The current version date appears at the top of this page.

When relevant changes are made that affect your rights or the purposes of data processing, 1pra will notify you by registered email and through an in-platform notice at least 15 days before the new version takes effect. For minor changes — such as text corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substantive content — the update may be published without prior notice.

Recommendation: visit this page periodically to stay informed about how 1pra handles your data. The most current version is always available at https://1pra.net/privacy-policy.

Frequently asked questions about privacy at 1pra

The most common questions about how your data is handled on the platform.

No. 1pra does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. The only sharing that takes place is with operational partners acting on 1pra's behalf to deliver the service — such as Pix and card payment processors, KYC providers, and cloud infrastructure suppliers — all bound by contractual confidentiality obligations. The other exception is public authorities, when required by law or court order.

You can request deletion of your data by emailing contato@1pra.net with the subject line "LGPD — Data Subject Request", providing your full name, CPF, and what you are requesting — full deletion, partial deletion, or anonymization. You will receive a response within 15 business days. Please note that certain data must be retained for mandatory legal periods even after account closure — such as financial transaction history for at least 5 years, as required by tax and anti-money laundering legislation. In those cases, data is kept solely for legal compliance and for no other purpose.

The identity verification process (KYC) is a regulatory requirement imposed by Law No. 14,790/2023 and the anti-money laundering rules that apply to 1pra. Confirming that users are who they claim to be — over 18, the holder of the CPF provided, and resident in Brazil — protects both the user and the integrity of the platform. Submitted documents are encrypted, stored securely, and used solely for this purpose. They are not shared with any third parties other than KYC partners bound by contract.

You can manage cookie preferences through the account settings panel or directly in your browser. Essential cookies — required for login, session maintenance, and the bet slip — cannot be disabled without affecting basic platform functionality. Analytical and functional cookies can be disabled without impacting core features, though doing so may reduce experience personalization. Cookie settings are saved to your account and browser.

After account closure, 1pra retains data for the period required by law — financial and betting history for at least 5 years, in line with tax and regulatory obligations. Once that period has passed, data is permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymized. During the legal retention period, data is accessible only for the purpose of fulfilling regulatory obligations and is not used for marketing or any other purpose. To request early deletion of data not subject to mandatory retention, please contact the DPO.
