Registration & account

Creating an account at 1pra is free and takes less than 2 minutes. Visit the page Sign Up, enter your full name, CPF, date of birth, mobile number with area code, and a valid e-mail. Then create a password, select your state, confirm you are 18 or older, and accept the Terms and Conditions. Once you confirm the activation e-mail, your account is ready for deposits and bets. There are no opening fees or monthly charges — the account can remain active without a deposit for as long as you like.

1pra is restricted to users aged 18 and over, in accordance with Law No. 14.790/2023. The CPF provided at registration is verified against the declared date of birth. Accounts belonging to minors are closed immediately upon detection, the balance is withheld, and the case is reported to the relevant authorities. To prevent minors from accessing the platform at home, we recommend protecting your credentials with a unique password and enabling parental controls on shared devices.

Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal request. It is not required immediately after registration to deposit or place bets. The KYC process involves submitting a photo ID — RG, CNH, or passport — along with a proof of address (utility bill for water, electricity, or gas, or a bank statement showing your address). Review is completed within 48 hours. We recommend starting KYC right after registration to avoid any delays when you're ready to withdraw your winnings.

No. 1pra's policy is of one account per CPF. Creating multiple accounts — even with different email addresses — violates the Terms and Conditions and will result in the closure of all accounts identified as belonging to the same person, along with a permanent CPF ban on the platform. If you've lost access to your existing account, contact 24h support via chat for secure account recovery — do not open a new account.

On the login, click "Forgot my password". A reset link valid for 30 minutes will be sent to your registered email. If you no longer have access to that email either, contact 24h support via chat — the team will verify your identity using your CPF and a photo ID, then securely update your account email. The process typically takes less than 30 minutes even during peak hours.

To permanently close your account, contact 24h support via chat and submit your request. Before closure, any open bets are settled and your available real-money balance is returned via Pix or TED to the account in your name. Note: if your goal is to take a temporary break from betting, consider using the self-exclusion — available for 30, 60, 90, or 180 days — before requesting permanent closure. Deposits & Withdrawals

1pra accepts: Pix (instant, available 24h), boleto bancário (processing within 3 business days), credit and debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago and TED bank transfer via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian banks. Pix is the fastest and recommended method — funds hit your account in seconds. All deposits and withdrawals must be made from an account with ownership by the account holder themselves — transfers from third parties are not accepted.

The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00 via Pix. For bank slip and card payments, the minimum may vary — check the current amount in the deposits section of your account. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 20.00. There is no fixed maximum withdrawal amount, but requests above R$ 10,000.00 may require additional documentation in line with anti-money laundering regulations. There are no fees for deposits. For accounts with completed identity verification (KYC), Pix withdrawals are processed within up to 5 minutes after approval — available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays. Approval is automatic in most cases. Withdrawals that trigger a manual security review may take up to 24 hours. In the vast majority of cases, Pix deposits are credited within seconds. If your balance hasn't appeared after 10 minutes, check: (1) whether your bank confirmed the payment — the Pix receipt should show a status of "paid" or "completed"; (2) whether the Pix was sent to the exact key generated by 1pra at that moment — Pix keys generated by the platform have an expiration time. If the payment was confirmed but the balance wasn't credited, contact 24h support with your Pix receipt — including the deposit amount, date/time, and the last digits of the key used.

The most common reasons for a withdrawal being declined are: (1) KYC not completed — identity verification is required before your first withdrawal; (2) bonus with pending rollover — if there are bonus credits in your balance, the rollover must be completed before withdrawing the corresponding amount; (3) third-party Pix account — withdrawals are only released to accounts with the same ownership; (4) active security review — requests that fall outside your usual historical pattern may be paused for verification. Sports Betting

Once logged in with a balance in your account, go to the sports section and choose the event you want to bet on — Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, UFC, Superliga volleyball, NBB, and over 40 other sports. Parlays combine two or more events into a single bet slip for boosted odds.

Yes. 1pra offers live (in-play) betting on dozens of simultaneous events. During a Brasileirão match, for example, you can bet on the second-half result, the next corner, the exact score, the goal difference, and other markets — with odds updating in real time as the game unfolds. There is a minimal delay between the live event and the odds update to ensure integrity. Some markets are temporarily suspended during set-piece situations — this is normal.

Cash out lets you settle a bet before the final result — receiving an amount calculated based on the event's current odds. If your bet is winning and you want to lock in profit before the game ends, or if it's losing and you want to recover part of your stake, cash out is the tool for that. It appears automatically on open bets when the market is available for early settlement. The amount offered changes in real time as the game progresses — confirm before accepting.

If an event is canceled before it starts or does not reach the minimum period required to be considered valid, all related bets are fully refunded — the staked amount is returned to your account balance. For parlays, the selection from the canceled event is treated as "void" and removed from the parlay, reducing the number of selections and the proportional potential payout. For postponed events, the policy varies by regulation — bets are generally kept open if the event takes place within 48 hours of the original scheduled time.
Bonuses & promotions

The welcome bonus is activated automatically on your first eligible deposit — no code needed for the standard offer. 1pra matches your deposit in betting credits, up to a limit of R$ 500.00. Bonus credits require a rollover (wagering requirement) before they can be converted to real money and withdrawn. The rollover (or wagering requirement) is the number of times the bonus amount — or the bonus plus deposit, depending on the terms — must be wagered on eligible events before the bonus balance can be converted to real money. Bets on events with very low odds (generally below 1.50) or on certain casino markets may not count toward the rollover — check the specific terms of each promotion. Rollover progress is tracked in real time in the bonus panel inside your account.

Free bets are credits that let you place a bet without using real money from your balance. If the free bet wins, the profit (winnings minus the free bet stake) is credited as real balance and can be withdrawn normally. The free bet stake itself is not returned — only the profit.
